Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana translates to Upward Spread Single Foot Posture. In the parlance of our times, we call it Standing Splits! Jean Marie shows us a few variations of this pose to help us explore our range of motion and gradually expand it. The most important part of this pose, like many of them, is our attitude. Remember to have fun with the possibilities here, rather than let ourselves get bogged down in intimidation or self-doubt. Believing that anything is possible is the first and biggest step to making it so. Enjoy!
