This classical morning yoga practice with Jean Marie guides you through a well-rounded sequence to start your day right. Practice includes pranayama, core strength, Surya Namaskar, standing poses, Sirsasana (headstand), Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand), backbends, and twists. We also explore varying stages of many of these poses, making this a terrific sequence to stick with as your practice evolves. Enjoy!
