Description:
Join Kassandra for one of her favorite poses, Pincha Mayurasana, which means Tail of the Peacock Pose, but is often referred to as Forearm Stand. This really fun inversion can be quite challenging if one doesn't quite have the upper body strength or shoulder and chest openness to achieve and stay in the pose. Moreover the pose asks for quite open hamstrings, yet strong legs and core to get into the pose and maintain balance. It's definitely a big pose, but Kassandra has some great tips for making it more accessible, and of course fun. Enjoy!
