Props Needed:
Grab a folding chair, low table, or couch (a low ledge on which to prop your legs). A wall onto which you could walk your feet would also work if you don't have a low ledge, but will be more difficult.

Description:
The peacock supposedly kills snakes. As such, Mayurasana is said to rid us of toxins...but it's certainly not an easy cure! Today's challenge pose is perhaps the most difficult one of them all. But, never fear! It's safe to say that we all thought other poses in the challenge were impossible at some point, but have no doubt made progress on them little by little with practice. Right? Jean Marie takes us with her on an exploration of the possibilities in approaching the Peacock. We'll take good care of our wrists, explore the use of props, and give the full pose a good-hearted try. Enjoy!
