Description:
Often called The Great Rejuvenator, Legs Up The Wall is a classic restorative pose known for its revitalizing effects. Called Viparita Karani in Sanskrit, the name translates to Inverted Lake Pose, invoking images of a placid pool that should seep its way from the posture of our bodies into our minds. This restorative pose will help us close our challenge in a nurturing, refreshing way as we soak up the replenishing effects on our legs, our bellies, our backs, and our energy levels. This pose, like other restorative practices, helps us to dial down our stress mode and dial up our healing and regenerative processes.
