Description:
Viloma, or 3 part breathing, is a wonderful practice in which to learn greater breath capacity and control. This practice, however, focuses on utilizing Viloma and one of its principal side effects, sleepiness, to help us find slumber when it otherwise might elude us. Use this practice to help you get to sleep whenever you feel wired by consciously settling your breath, your body, and your mind in this therapeutic, restorative sequence. Enjoy!
