This quick morning practice is an extended marma points for flexibility sequence that you can do before you even get out of bed in the morning! This practice can be particularly useful if you have to wake up quite early and have trouble finding the motivation to get out of bed, or if you don't have a lot of time for your yoga practice on a busy morning, and want something quick to get your body moving.
