This classical morning yoga practice with Jean Marie guides you through a well-rounded sequence to start your day right. Practice includes pranayama, core strength, Surya Namaskar, standing poses, Sirsasana (headstand), Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand), backbends, and twists.
