Today's challenge comes from a sequence in Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutations, where we'll learn more about jumping back to Chaturanga Dandasana and jumping up from Downward Facing Dog. Jumping back and up presents a challenge in a number of ways, whether for our wrists, our feet, our core strength, or our orientation in space.
