What the heck is Crocodile Pose, you ask? Well, around here we call it "levitating Chatturangas" and that's pretty much what we try to do with this fun pose. Meant to imitate the movements of a crocodile, we take our Chatturanga Dandasana pose and leap forward and back...gracefully, of course! Jean Marie guides us through a tutorial that's appropriate for everyone, from beginning attempts at Chatturanga Dandasana all the way to giving it our best attempt at full Nakrasana. This is a very challenging pose that's great for building our strength and stamina (and open minds) as we round out the first week of our 30 Day Yoga Challenge.
