Description:
Say what?! Settle down, it's just crunches in Downward Facing Dog pose! This is a super fun sequence to help us build core awareness and strength, arm strength, and tone our legs. Most importantly, the core awareness we gain from working on this sequence will help us in practicing more advanced postures by learning how to move from our center and be more stable in more complex movements. This sequence is challenging and tons of fun. Enjoy!
