Continuing with our core work theme, Navasana, or Boat Pose, is a wonderful core strength practice with variations for all levels. This full core strength practice with Sara, though, is a butt-kicker! Sara guides us through a challenging sequence of very strong practices to help us build our core awareness, including several variations of Boat Pose utilizing props in ways that are ingenious. This practice is a must for helping us all build more stability in our yoga practice and in our lives. Enjoy!
