Revolving Around The Belly is an excellent twisting posture for bringing us back to our core strength and releasing any tension in the back, making it a wonderful counterpose for the back bends we've just done in the challenge. In this tutorial, Jasmine offers 2 variations on the full pose utilizing props, including the half variation of the pose, or Ardha Jathara Parivartanasana, in which the knees are bent. Enjoy!
