Description:
We just had to include Ear Pressure Pose, or Karnapidasana, in the Fun With Yoga Challenge because, well, it's a funny pose. This pose typically follows Shoulderstand, or Salamba Sarvangasana, and is a variation of Halasana, or Plough Pose. Karnapidasana allows the mid-body and legs to rest and is a counter-stretch for the back after Shoulderstand. Allison helps us explore this pose, and offers advice for anyone who might struggle with it. Enjoy!
