Bird of Paradise, Svarga Dvidasana, is a beautiful challenge pose that reminds us we can arise anew with practice and faith in ourselves. This pose asks us to develop open hamstrings, hips, and shoulders, while strengthening and toning our legs and core to stand tall. What a pose! Join Monique for an exploration of this pose, including the use of a prop to help us achieve the bind that can be the most difficult component of the final pose to grasp. Enjoy!
